A: If your password isn't being accepted, pease refer back to the email you received when signing up, the subject line starts with: "Welcome to the Hub!" You'll find all your login details there, please double check your password when entering it, don't miss any symbols. If you can't find this email or have forgotten your password, please follow this link here to reset your password.
Q: My email address isn't being accepted!
A: Please make sure you're using the email address you provided when purchasing the programme. If you use a different email address, please let us know using the form below.
Q: Where can I change my password?
A: Click on the "Account" option in the main menu, you can change your password there.
Q: Where can I make changes to or cancel my Hub Membership?
A: The payments and admin for the Hub Membership are dealt with in Chargebee, you can access your account via our "Account" page in the main menu.
